Obssesed!!!!! The smell! How it leaves my hair soft and tamed. I was introduced to it by my hair dresser, the smell was just so amazing.
I purchased this product and it took almost three weeks to arrive. It appeared to be lost in the mail, so I contacted customer support twice, but I never received a response.
I understand shipping delays happen, but I would have appreciated a reply. Three weeks is a long time to wait for a product, and better communication would have made the experience much better.
Love the product. Have been using this product for a year or so. Came to you due to my usual place has been out. All is good except when package arrives today the whole side of the bottle is split down the side with product leaking out inside the envelope. Not a tiny amount lost. Are there any options for getting this remedied?
