I purchased this product and it took almost three weeks to arrive. It appeared to be lost in the mail, so I contacted customer support twice, but I never received a response.

I understand shipping delays happen, but I would have appreciated a reply. Three weeks is a long time to wait for a product, and better communication would have made the experience much better.

Love the product. Have been using this product for a year or so. Came to you due to my usual place has been out. All is good except when package arrives today the whole side of the bottle is split down the side with product leaking out inside the envelope. Not a tiny amount lost. Are there any options for getting this remedied?

One of the bottles arrived with a broken cap. Luckily the bottle was sealed, but I still needed to find a replacement.

Great! Got here quickly, no leaking all perfect. Although i was a bit confused about tracking stuff at first it all got figured out quickly!

It doesnt wash out of the hair well and makes it bery greasy. Had to wash my hair twice. I dont like this product

Violet Salon in WDC offered a free Redken consultation recently. They used their acidic bonding shampoo and conditioner on my hair. I was so impressed with the outcome that I wanted to buy a set for home. I bought them at a fair price. I only gave 4 stars because the conditioner bottle does not appear to be full. Otherwise I am pleased with the price and speed of delivery.

The advertisements are misleading. I thought I was buying two bottles of shampoo but in reality it was shampoo and conditioner
