The product is great. The owners are awesome and very responsive to questions! However, the shampoo opened during transit to be delivered. I was missing about a quarter of the shampoo as it was in the box everywhere. My suggestion is to tape the lids so that doesn’t happen again.
The consistency of this product is much thinner than where I have purchased it from Sephora or Davines. I cannot return it because I opened it to see the consistency.
